Jana Kramer bio

Jana Kramer became famous on television, where she played Alex on One Tree Hill's last three seasons. She was featured in several episodes as a brand new country singer, which helped her album make it to the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was her follow-up album and climbed to Number Ten. Over the past decade, she was a guest as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and various TV programs. The singer also released some singles which were not albums. In 2021, the self-doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer was born and raised in Rochester Hills Michigan. She was a child who listened to the country genre, later on, she decided to explore a career in recording. However, she began her acting career as young teenager in 2002's independent horror film Dead/Undead. Over the years, she appeared on several shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the part of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' Second season (2007-2008). Kramer was cast in the role of Portia Ranson in 90210 between 2008 and 2009 as well as Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 prior to joining the ensemble of the The CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in 2009. She continued to appear until the finale season in the year 2012. The track debuted in mid-2012 and was included in her first full-length album Jana Kramer. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked it among the Top Five. Focusing on her music career thereafter without retiring from acting Kramer appeared in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would draw the attention of her fans. Kramer's second album Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th, 2015. It was boosted by the Top Five country song I Got the Boy and also in a duet featuring Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This album reached third place among the Billboard 200 country charts and top 10 on the Billboard 200. The album was released after a period of two months on the 22nd Dancing with the Stars season her final score was fourth. In the same year, she had a huge adult contemporary song with Straight No Chaser's Feels Like Christmas.
