Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd began her journey to combat sports at age of 14. Aspen Ladd started training in BJJ, kickboxing, boxing and wrestling before making her professional debut at WCFC aged 18. Ladd took advantage of this win and began a 3 fight victory streak in Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents within the first round in all the fights. In WCFC, Ladd defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was superior to Aspen in the fight, beating her with a unanimous decision. Cynthia's amateur records were affected. Ladd bounced back from her defeat to defeat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-one. Aspen made her debut with Invicta FC in 2015 to begin her career as a professional. InvictaFC 11 was her debut professional bout. She was a rout of Ana Carolina Vidal, securing the 1st-round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 was her first bout in the Bantamweight division. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen employed her impressive wrestler skills to knock down McGill and ended her via third-round TKO(elbows and punches). Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, at the catchweight (138.1lb), as Ladd had missed weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to dominate Hoy. She won with a TKO after the second round. Invicta FC 28 was her final fight for the company. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks defeated by an unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut in UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina as she ground-and-pound pounded her for the TKO victory in the second round. She maintained her dominance and picked up another victory over Tonya Avinger in UFC 229 with her next fight. Ladd stopped Evinger's fight after the first round. The winner also got the bonus for performance of night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee the fight was between Sijara-Eubanks in her debut fight. Both fighters put up an intense battle that concluded with Ladd winning via unanimous decision and each fighter getting their Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight, breaking her winning streak. Then she bounced back and defeated Yana Kunitskaya after the third round of UFC at ESPN 7. For a replacement last minute for her UFC fight, she took on Norma Dumont during UFC Fight Night 195. The fight was lost by unanimous decision.
